This role requires strong communication, calmness under pressure, and the ability to navigate technology including computers and multi-line phones. Weekend availability is common, and the position supports a safe, welcoming community

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to count money and provide correct change.
• Ability to use computers and multi-line phones.
• Ability to stay calm and de-escalate in high-stress situations.

Aufgaben

• Provides excellent service to members, guests and program participants in person and on the phone.
• Sells memberships and processes program registrations and payments per YMCA policy.
• Builds relationships with members and connects them to programs.
• Balances payments and cash drawer at end of shift.
• Enforces YMCA policies and assists with safety and facility protocols.
• Monitors facility areas and ensures a welcoming environment.
