Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Montgomery is seeking a Member Service Staff to warmly welcome members and guests, answer phones, and input information into our computer system. You will communicate policy and program details at the desk and uphold the YMCA’s mission and character values in daily interactions.

Responsibilities include greeting members, resolving concerns, processing sign-ups, handling payments, and ensuring access control.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic use and knowledge of computers.
