Chicago Athletic Clubs is seeking a friendly front desk associate for a part-time role at our Chicago location. You will welcome new and returning members, answer questions, and guide them through the joining process while coordinating with on-site teams.

Responsibilities include greeting members, staying informed about club programming, updating member information in our system, and ensuring a positive, efficient check-in experience for all guests and members.

Qualifikationen

• Quick learner able to adapt to new programs and events in the club.
• Ability to jump between computer related tasks and people-centered interactions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Establish a welcoming environment in person and on the phone as part of the joining process.
• Greet members and guests to ensure a positive visit and assist with information as needed.
• Stay up to date on club programming and guidelines.
• Act as liaison between members and departments such as Membership, Personal Training, and Group Fitness.
• Manage flow of members and guests entering the club.
• Enforce club guidelines politely and effectively.
• Update member information in the club software.
• Think quickly and adapt to different personalities and situations.
