TITLE Boxing Club in Chicago is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to greet members at the front desk, drive memberships, and deliver an energetic club experience across Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, and South Loop locations.

You will check in members, sell memberships and packages, perform outreach, give tours, maintain a clean club, and support coaches to ensure a smooth class flow and an engaging member environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communicator who loves connecting with people.
• Comfortable selling memberships and retail with confidence and authenticity.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, or helping others feel their best is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional front-desk experience by checking in every member and first-time guest.
• Sell memberships, class packages, privatetrainings, and retail with a consultative approach.
• Complete daily phone and SMS outreach tasks.
• Ask for referrals and identify opportunities to bring new people into the club.
• Give tours to prospective members and tailor conversations to their goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe club, and support coaches for smooth class flow.
