Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome members, handle front desk tasks and tours, and provide a superior customer experience. You will assist with sign-ups, account updates, and amenity usage, while addressing inquiries with a friendly attitude.

The role reports to the Club Manager and requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks and answer phone inquiries politely.
• Take information calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Escalate member services issues to the Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
