Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking a Membership Team Member to join our team. You will provide customer service to members and guests, help with registrations, and support wellness goals as part of a friendly, mission-driven team.

Weekend availability is required. This role offers the chance to grow within a nonprofit that strengthens the community and provides a supportive work environment with opportunities for learning.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with cash handling and reconciling shift transactions.
• Willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to members, program participants, and guests.
• Assist members with needs including program and membership registration, troubleshooting issues, and supporting wellness goals.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests of all ages.
