Qualifications

• Bachelor's-style degree in related field and 1-2 years supervising in a sales environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, record keeping, and computer skills; ability to build effective work teams.
• Ability to work with volunteers, employees, board members and members.
• Proficient in operating office equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership and a passion for member service and service-excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruit, hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation of staff.
• Build a committed staff team reflecting the YMCA's mission and values.
• Assist with staff trainings and orientations.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement through staff recognition, satisfaction and retention programs.
• Assist with scheduling and conduct desk staff meetings.
• Provide back up for the front desk staff.
