You will use our member management software for check-ins, registrations and payments, provide facility tours, answer questions, and help connect people with the right programs while upholding YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and guests with a warm smile and using their names.
• Asking questions, listening, and offering facility tours to guide memberships and programs.
• Using member management software to check in members, register programs and process payments.
• Building relationships and fostering connections within the YMCA community.
• Staying knowledgeable about YMCA programs to assist members effectively.
