Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, over the phone, by email, and via chat with services such as starting, stopping, and transferring utilities.
• Inform members about residential and commercial services, rate structures, programs, and policies.
• Establish deposits for residential and commercial members within guidelines.
• Maintain and verify accuracy of member accounts.
• Perform cashiering tasks, receive and process payments, and reconcile cash daily.
• Research and respond to billing inquiries from members.
• Set up payment arrangements and assist with outside agencies.
• Answer basic issues or requests and process outage calls.
• Recommend improvements to products, service, or billing methods.
