Sikorsky Credit Union in Connecticut is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide excellent member service by accurately processing transactions and building positive relationships with members.

This role supports branch goals, assists tellers with complex transactions, and may travel to other branches as needed. The position offers a strong benefits package and opportunities to grow within a large community-focused credit union.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• 1-2 years experience as a Teller.
• Knowledge of banking products and Credit Union services; ability to meet branch goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Able to travel up to 75%.
• Notary Public; CT Insurance license; NMLS Certification; CT Producer License

Responsibilities

• Process a broad variety of transactions accurately and provide excellent member service.
• Achieve branch and individual production goals; cross-sell products.
• Assist tellers with complex transactions.
• Serve as back up to staff at other branches.
• Promote a positive work atmosphere and uphold core values.
• Stay abreast of regulatory and technology changes.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required.
