Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Teller.
• Knowledge of banking products and services; strong sales orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Must obtain NMLS Certification, Notary Public, and CT Producer License within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Process a broad variety of transactions accurately and provide excellent member service.
• Help achieve branch and individual production goals including new accounts and loan applications; cross-sell products.
• Assist tellers with complex transactions as directed by management.
• Serve as back-up to staff at other branches when needed.
• Promote a positive work environment and adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Remain informed about industry developments and technology changes.
