Job summary

Sikorsky Credit Union in Connecticut seeks a Member Service Representative to deliver excellent member service while processing a wide range of transactions and building trusted relationships. Travel up to 75% may be required for coverage across locations, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of teller experience and strong customer service skills.
• Solid knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Able to travel up to 75% to cover multiple locations.
• Must obtain/maintain licenses: NMLS Certification, Notary Public, CT Producer License.

Responsibilities

• Process a broad variety of transactions with accuracy and great member service.
• Achieve branch and individual production goals and promote products.
• Assist tellers with complex transactions and support branch management.
• Back up staff at other locations as needed.
• Maintain professional communications and awareness of industry/regulatory changes.
