Job summary

Sikorsky Credit Union in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Member Solutions Specialist to assist members by phone, email, chat, and secure messaging, providing accurate account support and transactions.

You will guide members through online and mobile banking, explain products, and uphold the credit union's values of service, teamwork and integrity while maintaining compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a financial institution or bank is preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional verbal and written communication to ensure member satisfaction.
• Accurately process transactions for members and research inquiries per guidelines.
• Assist members with online banking and mobile banking processes and resolve complex online issues.
• Educate members on Credit Union products and solutions based on their needs.
• Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere and uphold core values of service, teamwork, integrity and responsibility.
• Stay updated on industry developments and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
