First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker to process routine member transactions in-branch and follow up by phone and email. The role focuses on building strong relationships with new and existing members while cross-selling products where appropriate.

You will handle deposits, loan payments, account maintenance, and member inquiries, with emphasis on accurate processing, service quality, and CRM-driven referrals.

Formación

• Retail sales or financial services experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, probing and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork with independent work capability.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Process routine financial transactions accurately for members.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and address concerns.
• Engage with members to understand needs and offer financial solutions.
• Participate in campaigns, cross-selling and referrals using CRM systems.
• Perform account maintenance and update member information.
• Conduct follow-up calls for new and existing members.
• Collaborate with other business units in sales and service.
