First Tech Federal Credit Union in Boulder, CO is seeking a Relationship Banker to be a frontline financial partner handling routine transactions and maintaining deposit and loan accounts. You will engage with members in person, by phone, and via email to tailor financial solutions and build strong rapport.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes consultative selling, meeting quarterly goals, and completing compliance training while staying informed about credit union products.

Formación

• Minimum six (6) months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role required; financial services experience preferred
• Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically
• Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to work in fast-paced customer service and sales environment without sacrificing accuracy and service
• Aptitude for learning a variety of computer systems using technology to solve member issues
• Possesses critical thinking and decision-making skills with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification/License: Notary preferred
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Process routine financial transactions for members including deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and address concerns, escalating to leadership when appropriate.
• Identify and recommend products and services to meet members' needs and partner with service teams including insurance, investments, Premier, and mortgage.
• Meet quarterly metrics and sales targets, and participate in campaigns and incentives.
• Complete required compliance training within defined timelines and maintain knowledge of current credit union products and services.
• Perform account maintenance and update member contact/personal information.
• Conduct follow-up calls with new and existing members.
