Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker to serve members at the San Jose Experience Center. You will handle routine transactions, open accounts, and provide tailored financial recommendations to help members reach their goals.

You will meet sales targets and participate in cross-selling while maintaining accurate records and compliant processes. This on-site role emphasizes customer service and teamwork within a member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role.
• Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members in-person, over the phone, and by email.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and escalate to leadership when appropriate.
• Identify and recommend products/services to meet members' needs and collaborate with service teams.
• Meet monthly metrics, cross-sell, referrals, and sales targets.
