Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker in Kirkland, WA to act as a frontline financial partner and supporter for our members. You will handle routine transactions, open accounts, and deliver tailored solutions in a fast-paced sales environment.

You’ll build rapport, address member concerns, and collaborate with service teams to meet business goals while maintaining compliance and strong product knowledge. This role offers hourly compensation with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role.
• Ability to listen, assess needs, and offer tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members (deposits, withdrawals, payments).
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Identify and recommend products/services to meet member needs and collaborate with service teams.
• Meet quarterly metrics, cross-sell, and support referrals and campaigns.
