Qualifications

• Six months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role.
• Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members in-person, over the phone, and by email.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Address member concerns and escalate to leadership when appropriate.
• Identify and recommend products/services to meet member needs and partner with service teams.
• Meet quarterly metrics and sales targets with campaigns and referrals.
• Complete required compliance training and maintain knowledge of products.
