Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Bellevue, WA seeks a Relationship Banker to act as a frontline financial partner. You will process routine transactions in person, on the phone, and by email while building strong member relationships and offering tailored products.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months of sales/customer service experience, and solid communication and listening skills. Location is RidgePointe Experience Center, with a competitive hourly target and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role; financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Excellent listening and probing skills to understand concerns and overcome objections.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to express ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members in person, over the phone, and by e-mail.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Proactively identify and recommend products to meet members' financial needs and partner with service teams.
• Meet quarterly metrics, cross-sell targets, and participate in campaigns and incentives.
• Complete required compliance training and maintain knowledge of current products and services.
• Perform account maintenance and update member information.
• Conduct follow-up calls with new and existing members.
