Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Sammamish, WA is seeking a Relationship Banker to serve as a frontline financial partner. You will process routine transactions in-person, over the phone, and by email while building rapport and recommending tailored products.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, member-focused sales team, meet quarterly metrics and sales targets, complete compliance training, and help members reach their financial dreams with excellent service.

Qualifications

• Six months in fast-paced sales or customer service role.
• Ability to listen and provide tailored recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members in-person, over the phone, and by email.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high quality member service and escalate when needed.
• Identify and recommend products and services to meet needs.
• Meet quarterly metrics, campaigns, cross-selling, and referrals.
• Complete compliance training within defined timelines.
• Perform account maintenance and follow-up calls.
