Tech CU is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to assist members with a full range of financial products and services in a retail branch. The role focuses on relationship-based sales, service excellence, and building rapport with members to identify needs and generate referrals.

Responsibilities cover service operations, sales activities, and direct sales growth including mortgage and auto lending, with adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years’ experience in related disciplines, including sales, customer service or financial services preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: strong communication, sales orientation, and ability to manage multiple member relationships.

Responsabilités

• Performs a wide variety of banking transactions with minimal supervision.
• Meets sales goals ethically and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Opens, closes and balances cash drawer daily, ensuring proper handling of cash and negotiables.
• Maintains current knowledge of Tech CU products/services and competitive landscape.
• Delivers exceptional member service and resolves issues in a timely manner.
