Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a frontline member service professional to identify financial needs, build rapport, and educate members on products at multiple branches.

You will open memberships, accounts, and loans, provide Notary services, and support lending with accurate document checks. The role requires strong communication and basic tech skills with some travel between nearby branches.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Verbal Communication skills.
• Technical skills (Word, Excel, Email).
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify members' financial needs by building rapport and cross-selling products, meet sales goals.
• Open memberships, accounts and loans per guidelines; provide Notary Public services.
• Obtain Lending Authority and process loan requests; verify conditions and documents.
• Accurately process teller transactions and assist with end-of-day balancing, Instant Issuance and ATM balancing.
• Audit membership applications, account maintenance forms, new accounts, and loan files.
• Adhere to policies including security compliance and risk controls.
• Provide coverage at nearby branches or support departments as needed.
• Submit efficiency and process improvement ideas.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
