Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to learn branch operations and provide exceptional member service. You will respond to inquiries in person and by phone, handle routine transactions, and support daily branch tasks under supervision.

In this role you will process transactions, balance cash drawers, operate the drive-through, and begin learning financial products. Training and growth opportunities accompany a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess SECU Core Values.
• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and balance cash drawer per standards.
• Respond to member inquiries in person and by telephone.
• Assist members via drive-through window as needed.
• Balance vaults, ATMs, and coin sorter.
• Process wire transfers and foreign currency requests.
• Assist with basic account openings and maintenance under supervision.
• Organize and file documents; support other departments as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and standards and attend training.
