You will complete core training modules, maintain confidentiality, and grow into broader financial services roles with supervision.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building trust with members.
• Willingness to learn branch operations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist members courteously in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Balance cash drawer and process routine transactions.
• Process wires and foreign currency orders as requested.
• Learn lending, collections, and customer service procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security policies.
