Job summary

The YMCA of the Northern Sky in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Associate to work at the front desk. You will greet members, answer phones, scan cards, sign up new members, and help with program registrations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Part-time employees accrue Sick Leave and PTO after one year.
• YMCA Retirement Plan contributions after 2 years and 1,000 hours worked over any two 12-month periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, guests, and staff at the front desk with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Answer phone calls, scan membership cards, sign up new members and register individuals for programs.
• Handle business transactions related to memberships, programs, services, and childcare.
• Be an active member of the YMCA community and help visitors feel welcome.
