Job summary

Two Rivers YMCA is seeking an energetic Front Desk team member to provide quality member service and support YMCA programs. The role requires a minimum of 3 shifts per week with evening availability (4PM-8PM, 5PM-9PM, 6PM-10:15PM).

You will greet members, share information about memberships and programs, process transactions, and help maintain a welcoming facility using standard office procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Six months previous experience in customer service.
• Ability to read, interpret general documents, and follow written directions.
• Ability to provide customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and the community in a positive manner.
• Offer facility tours and membership information to prospective members.
• Provide accurate information about memberships, programs, rentals, and services.
• Process membership applications, passes, programs, and merchandise with proper data entry.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and reconcile monies.
