Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions in the core system and balance a cash drawer.
• Greet and assist members in person or by phone and through digital channels.
• Operate drive-through window as needed and manage cash shipments.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance under supervision.
• Support daily records and reporting tasks and maintain confidentiality.
