Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative to assist members in person, via phone, and digitally. You will handle transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and offering knowledgeable referrals while upholding SECU security and confidentiality standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a friendly, professional demeanor; prior experience and education aligned with SECU expectations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years related experience preferred; strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Open and maintain member accounts; assist with tax-advantaged accounts and transfers.
• Provide product information, referrals, and notary services as requested; support colleagues.
