Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an MSS Associate Member Services Representative in Fayetteville. You will handle routine member inquiries, support account services, and assist with new deposits, cards, and digital channel support.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to confidentiality while meeting KPI targets and completing training modules.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building trust with members.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in a member service context.
• Must complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine member service via telephone and digital channels.
• Assist with account services, new deposit accounts, and card services.
• Support members with digital channel education and referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures.
• Meet performance KPIs and participate in ongoing training.
