Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa in Colorado Springs is seeking an entry-level team member for the Member Services Desk to deliver consistent, high-quality service across club operations.

You may support multiple areas such as Café, Recovery + Spa reception, Housekeeping, Sports, and Facilities, and will handle a high-volume phone flow with a customer-first attitude. Training provided; age 16+ required.

• Excellent phone skills and ability to handle intermittent heavy phones.
• Efficient, well-organized, able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Minimum age 16; certification requirements vary for café roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Member Services Desk and provide consistent quality service.

The purpose of this position is to provide consistent quality service, accurate information regarding all areas of club operations, and to monitor Member Services Desk, including but not limited to policies and procedure.

• Café
• Recovery + Spa (reception)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE

• Previous customer service experience
• Bilingual a plus
• Minimum 16 years of age (certification requirements vary for café roles)
