Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate to assist members and guests with inquiries, registrations, and programs. This role involves light clerical duties, phone coverage, and maintaining a welcoming environment within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in PR/CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal interpersonal and communication skills in a service environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services such as membership sales, tours, answer and direct phone calls, guest registration, provide program information and registration, input membership and program information into computer, accept payment/cash transactions, schedule appointments, and manage membership cards and towels.
• Serve as liaison between members and program supervisors.
• Handle and resolve member inquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Monitor facility as required and participate in daily tasks.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings and uphold positive values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
