Job summary

YMC in Oklahoma City is seeking a friendly, service-oriented team member to assist members and guests, sell memberships, conduct tours, answer calls, register guests, and provide program information. You will input data into the computer, handle payments, and issue receipts.

This position requires CPR/AED/First Aid certification, 18+ years old, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30 pounds. Shifts are weekday and weekend; start at $10.00 per hour, with flexible hours and a friendly

Qualifications

• Must be certified in CPR/AED, First Aid
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong verbal interpersonal and communication skills; service experience; computer skills and accuracy
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services such as membership sales, tours, answer and direct phone calls, guest registration, provide program information and registration, input membership and program information into computer, accept payment/cash register/receipts, schedule appointments, make and scan membership cards, rent lockers, stock and distribute towels.
• Serve as liaison between members and program supervisors.
• Handle and solve member inquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Monitor facility as required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Attend Scheduled Staff Meeting.
