Job summary

Location: Rochester, NH — Lighthouse Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative I to provide friendly, accurate service and deepen member relationships. You will handle routine transactions and promote additional products and services, serving as the single point of contact for members.

Under close supervision, you will identify needs, process deposits and payments, and refer members for loans and other cross-sell opportunities. This role is onsite with hourly pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of similar related experience as a teller, cashier or in a member/customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, payments, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain privacy and security.
• Fulfills member requests by providing outstanding services and cross-sell opportunities.
• Initiates conversations to deepen relationships and refers for account opening.
• Support branch staff with audits and other operational tasks.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality policy.
