Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of teller/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, payments, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and securely.
• Balance cash drawer and handle all transactions with courtesy and privacy.
• Assist members by addressing needs and offering appropriate products and services.
• Initiate conversations with members to deepen relationships and refer for lending or cross-sell opportunities.
• Complete operational tasks and assist with audits or other branch functions as needed.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.
