Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of teller, cashier or customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, payments, withdrawals, cash checks, wires, and fraud packets according to policies.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy and privacy in transactions.
• Assist members by providing outstanding service and matching needs to products.
• Initiate conversations to deepen member relationships and refer for account opening or lending.
• Perform operational tasks and assist with audits or other functions.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.
