Job summary

Lighthouse Credit Union in Lee, NH is seeking a Member Service Representative I to join our onsite team. The role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while proactively identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services to members.

The position is full-time and onsite with hourly pay plus incentives. You will be the main point of contact to develop member relationships, ensuring a positive member experience and adherence to credit union policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of teller or member/customer service experience.
• Strong communication and accuracy in processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, payments, withdrawals, cash checks, wires, and other transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy and discretion.
• Assist members by providing services and resolving issues.
• Initiate conversations to deepen member relationships and refer for account opening and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support branch operations and assist with audits and other tasks.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.
