Under supervision, you will process deposits and payments, build member relationships, and refer clients for accounts and lending. Strong communication and accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy and privacy in transactions.
• Provide outstanding service and resolve member issues to meet needs with appropriate products/services.
• Initiate conversations to deepen relationships and refer members for openings or lending.
