Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all served.
• Perform teller transactions and account maintenance.
• Assist members with Digital Banking enrollment, navigation, and resets.
• Make outbound calls to deepen member relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• Follow cash handling procedures and balance cash drawer daily.
• Assist with fraud disputes and routine member inquiries.
