Job summary

Rogue Credit Union is seeking a responsible member service role to accurately process financial transactions and assist members in person or by phone. You will deliver friendly, confidential service while minimizing wait times and upholding Rogue’s service standards.

The position emphasizes cash handling, attention to detail, and effective communication, with some weekend and rotating schedules consistent with branch operations.

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Interpersonal skills: work involves contact with people beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters.

Responsibilities

• Receives and accurately processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, disputes, statement/check copies, safe deposit boxes, etc.
• Responds to members' requests, problems and complaints, or directs to the proper person for information.
• Collaborates with other departments/branches to maintain unsurpassed service.
• Promotes cross selling of credit union products to meet member needs.
• Maintains and balances cash drawer and daily transactions, ATMs, vaults, and related equipment.
