Job summary

Rogue Credit Union in southern Oregon is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Member Service/Teller to process financial transactions in the lobby or by phone. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and basic product information while delivering Rogue's service promises.

This non-exempt role reports to the Assistant Branch Manager, requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–12 months of related experience, and the ability to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, and work Saturdays

Qualifications

One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
High school education or GED.
Good communication and listening skills; ability to multi-task and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

Receives and accurately processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, disputes, statement copies, safe deposit boxes, etc.
Responds to member requests, problems and complaints, directing to proper person for information and assistance.
Collaborates with other departments/branches to maintain unsurpassed service.
Cross-sells Rogue Credit Union products and services to meet member needs.
Maintains and balances cash drawer, daily transactions, ATMs, vaults, and related duties.
Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
