Job summary

Rogue Credit Union, headquartered in southern Oregon, is seeking a member-relations professional to accurately process financial transactions in the lobby and by phone while delivering exceptional, confidential service. Qualifications

• Experience: 1 month to 12 months in a related role.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Interpersonal skills: ability to communicate courteously with the public.
• Other skills: good communication and listening, multitasking, 10-key, computer/keyboard proficiency, cash handling, accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process member financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, etc.).
• Provide friendly, confidential service in person or by phone to ensure a positive experience and minimize wait times.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain service excellence across branches.
• Cross-sell Rogue products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, ATMs, vaults, and branch operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
