Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Specialist at the West Pines Branch in Pembroke Pines, FL. You will assist members with deposits, loans, and new account processing, delivering friendly, high-quality service.

You will assess member needs and recommend SCCU products, balance cash, and perform transactions. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling, internal promotion potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrates effective sales and service skills by meeting established goals.
• Consults with members regarding SCCU products and services and recommends additional offerings to meet member needs.
• Serves as floor manager to assess walk-in member needs and directs them to the appropriate information source to minimize lobby wait time.
• Performs transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and sale of monetary instruments.
• Balances cash, monetary instruments, and daily work to ensure member account integrity.
• Services existing deposit and loan accounts and assists with transactions and account maintenance.
• Masters computer terminal and online system to produce error-free work.
