Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a dedicated Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service) for the Pembroke Pines Hiatus Branch. You will help members with deposits, loans, and new accounts, while assessing needs and recommending SCCU products.

This full-time, on-site role offers growth potential, a comprehensive benefits package, and a schedule that fits branch hours, including some weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, loans, and new account processing.
• Assess member needs and provide tailored recommendations for SCCU products.
• Balance cash, perform transactions, and ensure account integrity.
• Direct members to appropriate information sources to maximize lobby efficiency.
