Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, loans, and new account processing.
• Recommend SCCU products to meet member needs.
• Occasionally serve as floor manager to guide members and minimize wait times.
• Handle transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and money instrument sales.
• Balance cash and daily transactions to maintain account integrity.
• Maintain and service existing deposit and loan accounts.
• Use computer terminals and online systems to ensure accurate work.
