Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) in Daytona Beach is seeking a Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service) to assist members with deposits, loans and new account processing, while assessing needs and offering tailored SCCU products.

This on-site role features a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, competitive starting pay of $17.91–$18.97 per hour, a bonus program, and comprehensive health, retirement, and education benefits designed to support career growth.

Qualifications

• 0-6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and monetary instrument sales.
• Consult members on SCCU products and services to meet needs.
• Occasionally act as floor manager to guide members and maximize lobby efficiency.
• Balance cash, monetary instruments, and daily transactions accurately.
• Maintain and service existing deposit and loan accounts; assist with transactions.
• Operate computer terminal and online system accurately to produce error-free work.
