Qualifications

• 0-6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent member service by processing deposits, withdrawals and other transactions.
• Assess member needs and recommend SCCU products and services.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and daily balancing of transactions.
• Assist members with loan applications and account maintenance.
• Guide members to relevant information sources and reduce lobby wait times.
• Operate computer terminals and SCCU systems to ensure error-free work.
