Qualifications

• Bank teller experience with a single employer.
• Excellent member service in person, on the phone, and by email.
• At least one year of basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and bank software.
• Ability to keep cash drawer balanced daily.
• Punctual, dependable, and a reliable team player.
• Ability to listen well and resolve member issues positively.

Responsibilities

• Handle monetary transactions and provide receipts.
• Verify checks and cash and review documents for essential elements.
• Oversee transactions and provide system overrides when needed.
• Follow bank security guidelines daily.
• Stay updated on check cashing policies and federal laws.
• Promote TowneBank products and services.
• Provide excellent service in person, over the phone, or by email.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with branch operations as needed.
