Responsibilities

• Handles monetary transactions for members and records them in the Bank's software.
• Follows the Bank's security guidelines daily and verifies checks and cash.
• Reviews member accounts to determine appropriate transaction actions.
• Maintains balanced cash drawer at the end of each day.
• Promotes TowneBank and its products and services.
• Provides excellent member service in person, on the phone or by email.
• Adheres to AML and BSA regulations and company policies.
