Qualifications

• One year cash handling and customer service experience with a single employer.
• Bank teller experience or related cash-handling role preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other MS applications.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle monetary transactions for members and enter them in the Bank's software; provide receipts.
• Follow the Bank's security guidelines daily.
• Verify checks and cash by checking documents for essential elements per policy.
• Review member accounts to decide on the requested transaction.
• Balance cash drawer accurately on a daily basis.
• Promote TowneBank and its products and services.
• Provide excellent service to members in person, on the phone, or by email.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior.
• Assist with other branch duties as assigned.
• Comply with all AML/BSA relevant laws and bank policies.
