Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open new membership accounts and modify existing accounts per member requests.
• Analyze member financial needs and refer sales opportunities to specialized areas based on needs.
• Process loan applications and related transactions by phone or online.
• Answer inquiries about accounts, balances, transfers, wires, checks, and debit/ATM cards.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC and related regulations.
• Mentor peers and maintain performance goals and quality measurements.
• Handle escalated calls and follow-ups as required.
